Did you know there is only one way to know for sure if someone is thinking of suicide?

You have to ask.
You don't have to be a mental health professional to save a life.
You just have to care.

What is Q.P.R.?

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer—a nationally recognized, evidence-based suicide prevention training that teaches ordinary people how to respond to someone in crisis.

In just 90 minutes, you’ll learn how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to start a conversation that could save a life, and how to connect someone to the help they need.

This training is ideal for parents, educators, youth workers, school staff, and community members who want to feel more confident, informed, and prepared to make a difference.
